SHIPPING

We currently offer 4 types of delivery service: 

​

Standard delivery ( Royal Mail 2nd Class )  for GB Mainland in approximately 3 - 7  working days.

​

Premium Next Day (DPD)  these are all sent tracked and are available to track online. Not available over weekends.

Cut off time for next day delivery is 13.00 hours GMT. 

Saturday Delivery - please ensure order is placed by 13.00 hours GMT

Flat Rate for International Orders these are tracked.

We currently ship to the UK , Europe & Scandinavia for Rest of World shipping costs will calculate in cart. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Qualifying parts must be returned within 14 Days 

A Returns Authorisation Number must be generated to return an item 

Parts that have been installed, open kits and electrical parts are non returnable 

Parts must be returned in their original packaging and be in resealable condition 

Non stock or special ordered parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee 

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable

Please email info@jemengines.co.uk quoting your Order No and request a Returns Authorisation Number from a representative. Returns Authorisation Numbers are valid for 14 Days.

 

HOW TO RETURN PARTS FOR CREDIT 

Email info@jemengines.co.uk and request a Returns Authorisation Number from a representative.

Please note: Electrical parts are non-returnable, as we have no way to determine if an electrical part was used for troubleshooting and damaged during that process, therefore we do not allow returns for electrical items. Please be certain of your need for an electrical item before placing an order.

DISPUTING AN ORDER RECEIVED 

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you have a concern with its contents. Disputes older than 14 days will only be considered at our discretion.

DO NOT REFUSE A SHIPMENT 

Because we occasionally use alternative methods to send parts ,Jem Engines  may not be the return address, please accept all packages and contact us for a resolution.

WARRANTY

PARTS :  6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE : 

We offer 6 months from date of purchase on parts ( defective) parts this does not include misuse or incorrect fitting - no labour accepted. Reasonable carriage charges refunded if found to be warrantable.

SHORT MOTOR : 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE : 

Warranty covers parts only no labour accepted .

FULL ENGINES : 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE 

Warranty covers parts and workmanship - no labour accepted.
